BAKERY ASSISTANT
We have an amazing opportunity for the right person to join our bakery crew making the best bread and viennoiseries out there! We are an exceptional company and are looking to take on someone like-minded full-time at our bakery just outside Ely. You will have the privilege of using the best equipment and fantastic ingredients. We take great pride in the fact that we produce the best bread and pastries in Cambridgeshire and only supply our shop in Ely and likeminded businesses across the country. Our team is expanding and we need you!
We are looking for someone with a background in the food industry, who can demonstrate a true passion for food.
Energy, focus and attention to detail is what it is all about for us. It is a fairly physical role and you will need to have the strength to comfortably lift 25kg sacks of flour. Early hours are a given, but we've worked very hard to reduce the early starts in order to support our staff well-being. We offer a good wage (at least the real national living wage and higher for those who can demonstrate appropriate skills) and a nice rota. We no longer work true night shifts and get a bit of a lay in (for a bakery, anyway).

5 days a week, no split shifts, Monday to Friday, nearly always daytimes!
